Mon 21st Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Tues 22nd Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Wed 23rd Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Thur 24th Dec Christmas Eve 9 am to 1 pm
Fri 25th Dec Christmas Day CLOSED
Sat 26th Dec Boxing Day 9 am to 1 pm
Sun 27th Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Mon 28th Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Tues 29th Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Wed 30th Dec 9 am to 5 pm
Thur 31st Dec New Years Eve 9 am to 1 pm
Fri 1st Jan New Years Day CLOSED
Sat 2nd Jan 9 am to 5 pm
Sun 3rd Jan 9 am to 5 pm
There will be NO evening Walk In during these holiday hours
We will resume normal clinic hours on Jan 4th 2021

MON - THURS 8 AM - 9 PM
FRI 8 AM - 5 PM (Walk in may be closed by 4.30 if there is a long wait time)
SAT/SUN/ALL STAT HOLIDAYS 9 AM - 5 PM.
PHONE LINES are open daily Mon-Thurs 8 am - 4.00 pm and 5 pm to 8.30 pm.
Fridays 8 am - 4.30 pm
Sat/Sun and all Stat holidays phones will be answered from 9.15 am to 4.30 pm
( Phones will be turned off for lunch 12 pm-1 pm and dinner from 4 pm-5 pm remember the Walk in is still open during these times)
Upon arrival at the clinic, check in with reception in person for Walk in or your booked appointment. Once checked in and screened reception will direct you where to wait for your appointment.
The Alberta Government is no longer providing community doctor's offices with masks. Please bring your own mask or face covering with you to the clinic as supplies are limited but available for a $2.00 fee if necessary. You can purchase a high quality reusable cloth non medical mask for $10.

Each day at 7.00 am we have a number of Skip the Waiting Room bookable on-line appointments in our Walk-in clinic. EVEN if they are all full we can see you in our Walk in clinic, please come to the clinic be added to the Walk In list ...we are here for you!

At busy times the South Calgary Medical Clinic Physicians reserve the right to close the gates earlier than the published times if the clinic has reached capacity for that day. If you arrive during our published times and the gates are closed please proceed to the nearest alternative Walk-in clinic or the nearest urgent care facility.
Please be prepared to leave home or work 5-10 mins earlier than planned to arrive at your doctors appointment on time.
